I am a teacher and have been in the education field for about a decade. I have coaching experience having been a swim team coach and soccer coach. I have 4 years of one on one personal training in kickboxing and MMA. I have been practicing kickboxing on my own (on and off) for about a decade.
Many years in the police force and martial arts. Passionate about training people on self-defense and using proper technique for punching and kicking. Also, stretches the heck out of you.
I first became a CKO member in January 2016. I needed to lose weight and get fit in order to get better at martial arts as my hope was to reach a black belt level and be able to teach. I have been teaching Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and 52 Blocks (Dirty Boxing) for over 6 years. I live in Roxbury with my wife and two girls.
