Casey’s other passions in life include being a high school special education teacher, which she has been for 12 years, spending time with her dog Teddie, and going on adventures with her boyfriend Bobby to find good food.e.

I’m a mom of one 13 year old girl and teach fifth grade full time! I love working out with my daughter and at CKO!
I am a teacher and have been in the education field for about a decade. I have coaching experience having been a swim team coach and soccer coach. I have 4 years of one on one personal training in kickboxing and MMA. I have been practicing kickboxing on my own (on and off) for about a decade.

This helped me gain the confidence and skills to start running the martial arts school on my own which I still own right next door!
I have been teaching Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and 52 Blocks (Dirty Boxing) for over 6 years. I live in Roxbury with my wife and two girls.
